The city of Beirut suffered a devastating explosion leaving many to evacuate the area. But so many pets were left behind to fend for themselves. A PETA U.K. fieldworker came across one dog chained out to blister under the sun with no food or water.
The dog’s only escape was a hole he had dug under a metal container. He was so desperate for attention and proper care and needed to get to a safe place immediately. So Arrow was taken in and given the emergency veterinary care required and lots of love!
After checking out okay and getting neutered, he was found the perfect forever home! Arrow now has three new dog sisters and a yard to play in! He’s now safe and happy with his loving humans who would never leave him behind, no matter what. 🙂
