Flamingos are pretty unique birds known for being pink and having incredible balance. They sleep standing on one leg, and this allows them to use less energy. We don’t think about it, but they actually have to learn to do this. It takes some practice as the little one in the video is about to show you. 😉
This baby flamingo is new to this world and learning to stand and sleep on one leg. He’s still a little wobbly, and you can see the leg stretch all the way out before coming back in and up to his body. He repeats this a few times as he tries to get a feel for balancing. So cute! 🙂
