A birdwatcher happened to spot a strange little baby lying in the middle of a pasture with 30 cows gathered around checking it out with great curiosity. It turned out to be a 5-day-old seal pup who’d somehow found herself far from water and become stuck in the muddy puddle.
The birdwatcher, Ian, called the RSPB Reserve who assisted him in getting the little one to safety. The seal pup named Celebration was sent to a rehab center for sea animals where she was provided the necessary meds and care to get back to 100%. Only then would she be released back into the wild. Amazing story!
