Jenny and Jimmy Desmond run a sanctuary that’s home to over 30 baby chimpanzees who have been rescued from the illegal pet trade in Liberia. All of these orphans need constant care and love, and the dogs are important playmates and caregivers. Especially Princess, who acts as a motherly figure to all of the chimps!
They have really taken to all of the dogs here on this special sanctuary as a safe place to grow and learn. What an amazing thing this couple has going on here! Watching these dogs and chimps daily must be the best. 🙂
