With older age comes a bigger emphasis on eating better. Each year our metabolism slows more and more, and it becomes very apparent that our old eating habits cannot continue. It’s a hard thing to deal with, and it takes a lot of discipline. And this 12-year-old dog named Mya can certainly sympathize with us! 😉
Mya the Australian Shepherd has been on a diet for more than a month now, but her love for cookies remains. When she’s told she can’t have any, she throws an overly-dramatic act fit for the big screen!
When Mom suggests an apple instead, it doesn’t go over so well. When you’re in the mood for a snack, a piece of fruit just won’t do! 😉
