A purple puppy was found abandoned in the middle of nowhere and left to fend for himself. A Good Samaritan found him and called up the rescuers, and everyone was very confused as to what was going on.
The puppy was sick and having trouble breathing, and one of his eyes was messed up. They weren’t sure if the puppy was abused and then tossed out or what.
He arrived at the vet for a checkup and was given some food and plenty of care. They also treated the infected eye. The vet thinks someone dyed the puppy purple causing him to have a bad reaction and get sick. And then not wanting to care for the sick dog, the owner most likely dumped him.
But with proper medical treatment and love, the little pup started improving right away! He turned out to be quite the fighter with an eye focused on the future. 🙂
After being medically cleared, the pup went on to a foster home. There he hit it off right away with their older and much bigger dog!
Now with the puppy safe and sound, they can turn their efforts to finding out who abandoned him in such a cruel way while also trying to find him that perfect forever home!
