Early on Father’s Day, Brian Pankratz and his daughter were doing yard work together when they heard a strange rustling sound. They were investigating the source of the noise when they discovered a panicked deer stuck in a ditch near the fence line.
At first, the family contacted some neighbors to help. But eventually they had to get the Crofton Volunteer Fire Department involved. The frightened animal needed professional help to get out of this rocky crevice!
This rescue was the perfect Father’s Day gift!
