Stray Dogs Were Going Without Food Due To The Silent Streets During Lockdown

Due to lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic, animals on the streets of Udaipur in India started going hungry. With no one around for them to rely on, their food sources had all but disappeared. But Animal Aid Unlimited stepped up with a plan to help these strays out.

Every day, the rescuers loaded up food and drove to 50 locations where these hungry animals were waiting for them. The dogs munched on kibble and tortilla shells and were happy to see another day in which they were fed and cared for.

Animal Aid didn’t just help out homeless dogs during this time; They also fed other animals on the streets such as cows and donkeys! It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. And these rescuers wouldn’t trade what they do for anything. 🙂
