Lady’s owner reached out to Sidewalk Specials for help. He’d always done his best to care for his pet with the little he had, and then lockdown was really tough on them. The dog was now suffering and needed more from him, and it just goes to show that all it takes sometimes is a little love, willingness, and patience. 🙂
Rescuers started taking Lady in weekly for proper care, and they taught her owner everything he needed to know. They showed him how to apply medicine and laid out a more nutritious diet. Sidewalk Specials watched over the next few months as the dog began her transformation, and it’s a beautiful thing to see!
