Sidewalk Specials learned of a dog who’d been attacked by a baboon and needed assistance, so they set out for rescue. The mama was trying to protect her puppies when she threw herself in the middle of the attack and suffered the wound. Lulu’s owner then called upon them for help.
Lulu’s original owner was known for dumping her each time she got pregnant returning only to sell off her puppies. Thankfully, Mr. Klaasen took the sweet dog in to give her a proper home. Lulu had been through so much in her life, and it was time for her to get hers!
Sidewalk Specials took the girl in to treat her wounds and spay her before returning her back home to be with Dad! As for the puppies, Scooby, Sheep, Daphne, and Bananarama would be safely re-homed when old enough. Amazing! 🙂
