It’s been pretty hot for a lot of people lately, even in Anchorage, Alaska. That’s where this footage was taken of a moose who decided to use the sprinkler in one family’s yard to cool down. And it’s not long before her little ones show up to try and beat the heat!
“A mama moose with twins were cooling down in my front yard. They are pretty common in my neighborhood. This was the same week Alaska was having a high heatwave up to 90+ degrees which is very unusual and so you saw local wildlife cooling down the best they can in the shade and lawn sprinklers. They moved from yard to yard in our neighborhood,” the owner of the video said on YouTube.
Can’t blame this moose family. And what a sight it’d be to see in person!
