A tiny puppy was found all alone on the streets in need of serious care. She was dehydrated and parasite ridden and fighting mange and tick bite fever all at the same time. Thankfully, she was rescued on an outreach program and taken in by Sidewalk Specials.
The dog was the last survivor of her litter, and in order to not end up like her siblings, she needed a miracle. The little girl was taken in for treatment and was surrounded by love for the first time in her life. And it went a long way…
Fast forward to today, Twiglet is in her forever home with a loving mom and dad! They’re teaching her how to be a pet and live life to the fullest without ever having to worry about being alone in the world again. 🙂
