Animal Aid Unlimited arrived on scene to a stray dog sitting in the road and surrounded by onlookers. He had a huge wound on his head and was enduring a pain that must’ve been dizzying. Underneath the anguish was a beautiful smile waiting to come out, but he needed a lot of help first.
The dog was rushed back to the hospital where the staff got to work on him right away. He was very trusting and cooperative as they cleaned the wound and gave him pain medicine. Now it was time to rest and heal.
The pup was the perfect little patient. As his terrible wound healed, his personality and smile started breaking through! And today, he is completely recovered and pain-free. See Smiley Joe now! 🙂
