Deaf dogs are always among the ones skipped over and ignored at shelters. Any animal that appears to require some extra care or maintenance is a big “no” to a lot of people. But there are matches out there for everyone, and as they say, “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.” 🙂
Rosie being deaf was the very reason this woman wanted to adopt her.
